Happy February 🌱
Where did last month go?!
I’m sure that most of you would have heard something, somewhere, about Veganuary and some of you may have even given it a go. But, if you think you’ve missed the big green boat, fear not.
Just because it’s not January anymore doesn’t mean you can’t make a difference!
PETA have created a Free Vegan Starter Kit that you can request (via post or email) brimming with brilliant bites of information for you to nibble on.
Many people say that going vegan seems too daunting and it puts them off and I can understand why, but it doesn’t HAVE to be so scary.
Veganism has taken the online world by storm and you’re never far away from a new recipe or video guiding you on your journey. Already this year supermarkets and coffee shop chains, like Tesco and Costa, have embraced veganism further and released tasty new treats for us to sink our teeth into.
You don’t have to go for an “all-or-nothing” approach either – maybe start by trying a plant milk in your takeaway coffee tomorrow, or not grating cheese onto your pasta for a week. I’d love for everyone to go vegan (that’s why I’m writing) but I know it’s not going to be as easy as showing someone a nice meal idea or a documentary – people have got to want to do it for it to take hold in their lives. But, believe it or not, a few little changes make an impact as well ❤️
So, do you think you’ll make any changes for this month, or year, or have tips for anyone starting out?
